Where we ship
HobbyBox currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order processing
Orders placed before 5:00 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time, are typically processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Processing time refers to the period between an order being placed and it being dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and how it is fulfilled.
Some items are stocked and dispatched directly by HobbyBox, while other items are dispatched by trusted third-party suppliers.
Typical delivery times are:

Standard UK delivery: 1–4 working days after dispatch
- 24 hour delivery: 1-2 days after dispatch
Where a product has a different expected delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
If multiple items are ordered together, shipping costs may be combined where possible. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately.
Fulfilment partners
To offer a wider range of products, some orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. As a result, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different days.
Regardless of how an order is fulfilled, HobbyBox remains your point of contact for any questions or issues with your order.
Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delays and issues
While we aim to meet the delivery times outlined above, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or supplier delays.
